No. Dolphins are wild animals, and sightings cannot be guaranteed. The trip gives you an opportunity to search for dolphins in their natural environment.
Where does the trip go?
Dolphin House is not one fixed point. The captain chooses the route based on sea conditions, daily updates, and where dolphins are most likely to be found on the day of the trip.
Can we swim with dolphins?
Sometimes guests may swim near dolphins if conditions are safe and the dolphins approach on their own. This is never forced or guaranteed.
What happens if we do not see dolphins?
The trip still includes a Red Sea boat day, snorkeling, swimming when conditions allow, and food and drinks depending on the trip.

Is hotel pickup included?
Yes, hotel pickup and drop-off are included according to each trip description. Some trips include private pickup. For outside Hurghada hotels, a €10 per person round trip transfer charge applies where listed.

Is lunch included?
Lunch is included on the shared snorkeling trip, the private boat trip, and the snorkeling and diving trip. The speedboat trip includes snacks instead of lunch.

Yes, children can join with adult supervision. Parents or guardians are responsible for children during swimming and snorkeling. Life jackets are available.
